Induced draft axial fan counterflow condenser for industrial refrigeration applications. Executed as per standard with Z-725 (725g/m² zinc) galvanized steel panels.

The ATC (Advanced Technology) design combines low energy consuming axial fans with high performance counterflow heat exchange.

EVAPCO's Thermal-Pak® coils feature a patented design which assures maximum cooling capacity. The elliptical tubes of the coil are staggered in the direction of airflow to obtain a high heat exchange coefficient. The coils are manufactured from high quality steel tubing following the most stringent quality control procedures. The assembled coil is pneumatically tested under water in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC.

Evapco provides with each condenser a Thermal Performance Guarantee. ATC-units are constructed for a maximum nominal capacity 14,9MW.

Long-lasting corrosion protection is guaranteed with Z-725 heavy gauge mill hot-dipp galvanized steel (Z-725 = 725 g/m² zinc). The galvanized steel construction withstands the most difficult environmental and operating conditions.

For special applications, Evapco can produce the units with stainless steel sump, with a water touched stainless steel construction or a complete stainless steel construction(AISI 304 or 316 are possible).

C-ATC  

Induced draft axial fan counterflow condenser for industrial refrigeration applications. Executed as per standard with Z-725 (725g/m² zinc) galvanized steel panels.

The C-ATC (Advanced Technology) design provides the maximum condenser capacity with the lowest ocean shipping cost. They deliver up to 2.172 kW in a standard 40' shipping container.

LRC 

Forced draft centrigugal fan counterflow condenser for industrial refrigeration when reduced condenser height is required. Executed as per standard with stainless steel AISI304 sump and Z-725 (725g/m² zinc) galvanized steel casing.

A LRC condenser is the ideal solution for sound-sensitive installations due to the centrifugal fan with forward curved fan blades to allow static pressure for the installation of sound-attenuators.

Wet and Dry Induced draft axial fan counterflow condenser. Designed to reduce both energy and water consumption by integrating latent and sensible heat transfer. The WDC Condenser combines the ATC and air cooled technology into one unit to reduce the operating cost. The WDC is also ideal for low sound emission. Executed as per standard with Z-725 (725g/m² zinc) galvanized steel panels.

The Dry Condensing Coil is made of stainless steel tube construction with marine alloy aluminium fin. It is installed in series with the patented Thermal-Pak® coil. A large fin-spacing was selected to avoid the risk of clogging and for easy maintenance.

The wet (evaporative) heat exchange element consists of EVAPCO's Thermal-Pak® coils featuring a patented design which assures maximum cooling capacity.
