Induced draft counterflow cooling tower for airconditioning and industrial cooling. The fans are direct driven (1000 RPM motor). Nominal capacity from 140 till 680 kW. The counterflow induced draft cooling tower with low energy consuming axial fan features an advanced construction with optimized heat transfer proporties. Long-lasting corrosion protection is guaranteed with Z-725 heavy gauge mill hot-dipp galvanized steel (Z-725 = 725 g/m² zinc). The galvanized steel construction withstands the most difficult environmental and operating conditions. For special applications, Evapco can produce the units with stainless steel sump, water touched stainless steel execution and complete stainless steel execution (AISI304 and 316 are possible). |

The AT (Advanced Technology) design combines low energy consuming axial fans with high performance counterflow heat exchange. The AT cooling tower range is CTI (Cooling Technology Institute) certified in the USA. Evapco Europe provides with each cooling tower a Thermal Performance Guarantee. UAT-units are constructed of 1 to 4 cells with a maximum nominal capacity of 12 MW. The cooling tower fill material is PVC (polyvinyl chloride) with crossfluted design for optimum heat transfer, strength and stability. The fill is resistant to rot, decay, or biological attack. The fill is able to withstand a water temperature of 55ºC. For special applications, Evapco can produce the units with stainless steel sump or with a water touched stainless steel construction(AISI 304 and 316 are possible). LRT
Forced draft centrifugal fans counterflow cooling tower. Executed as per standard with stainless steel AISI304 sump and Z-725 (725g/m² zinc) galvanized steel casing. Applicable for airconditioning and industrial cooling when reduced cooling tower height is required. A LRT cooling towers is the ideal solution for sound-sensitive installations due to the centrifugal fan with forward curved fan blades to allow static pressure for the installation of sound-attenuators. The LRT units can be installed indoors due to the compact design and the available static pressure. Ductwork can be added on air-inlet and outlet side. As an option a vertical air-inlet and outlet (TOP-TOP) can be executed. The LRT cooling tower range is CTI (Cooling Technology Institute) certified in the USA. Evapco Europe provides with each cooling tower a Thermal Performance Guarantee. LRT-units have a maximum nominal capacity of 2 MW. Long-lasting corrosion protection is guaranteed with the stainless steel AISI 304 sump and Z-725 heavy gauge mill hot-dipp galvanized steel (Z-725 = 725 g/m² zinc) for the casing. The galvanized steel construction withstands the most difficult environmental and operating conditions. The sump is executed as per standard in stainless steel AISI304.
